When not running a growing business, Zack enjoys running, of course, along with several bike rides a week.  He recently competed in the Boston Half-Marathon and the Cape Henry Duathalon.

His passion is to provide superior service for all of his customers while helping them find success and happiness pursuing their goals.

Stephen Dorcey

A Nebraska native, Steve has been a competitive runner for as long as he can remember. Steve is an age group ace.  He completed his first marathon in Lincoln, Nebraska last May.  He recently completed the Richmond Marathon and is looking ahead to the Shamrock Marathon in March.

Crystal Pruitt

Crystal is a competitive triathlete and ultra-marathoner. She recently competed in the Half Ironman World Championship and is now looking ahead to an ultra-marathon

She is currently studying Dietetics at Virginia Tech.

Denice Hall

Not your average soccer mom, Denice has been a passionate runner since middle school.  She competes in anything from 5k to the half marathon. She recently competed in the Cape Henry Duathalon and is now training for her next race.

David "Woody" Woodson
